Cute designs...but do remember to contextualise and add in a sketch of a handphone and wall-socket or plug...if you need to, in order to make your ideas more compelling. The idea itself is goo.
On another note, try to capture photos of your ideas closer up...and some at an angle. This is especially useful if you want to capture details of your designs, such as the face and emotions that you have designed into your model. :D
